We have all had guacamole. You can’t miss it. It’s amazingly good and of course good for you, unlike we had once thought. The days when we were afraid of fat BUT those days are long gone…or so I hope.

You can’t go into a Mexican restaurant without it coming to your table or on all the food. Which is a good thing for me, the more the merrier in my book. But maybe you want to mix it up. Maybe you are looking for another dip that is good and filled with food fats but not quite the same old guacamole.

Then look no further I have just the thing! Let’s embrace Peacamole!!

Easy Peacamole Dip Recipe

Serves 4

  • 1 cup Fresh Peas
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 Garlic (cloves, minced)
  • 1/4 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt (or more to taste)

  1. In a bowl, smash the peas with the back of a fork.
  2. Add avocado and mash until well combined. Stir in garlic, lemon juice and sea salt to taste.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy !

This recipe is NOT only easy but it’s packed with awesomeness. Awesomeness, like fiber, healthy fat, and even Vitamin C and iron.  All good things YOU need to feel good but also look good.

So, make this as an alternative to the regular guacamole at your next party or potluck. Don’t tell them it has peas and let people decide for themselves. They might be pleasantly surprised.

And if you like this recipe, and want to try others just like this one…be sure to come back next week for another amazing recipe. Recipes that not only taste good, and are good for you, but also help you to lose the weight you deserve and desire to lose.
